Points for attention (1):
1, the middle part of the drum is thin, thick at both ends, and may be convex in the drum, so the cooling water needs to be adjusted.
2, the two ends of the drum are thin, and the middle paint film is thick, so the cooling water needs to be reduced.
3, do not open cooling water is strictly prohibited from driving.
4. It is strictly forbidden to enter foreign bodies (such as metal blocks) in the middle of two rollers. If foreign bodies are inadvertently entered, emergency parking will be taken out. Otherwise, the roll surface or other parts will be damaged.
5. Always pay attention to adjusting the front and rear rollers. Because of the linear expansion of the drum, it is easy to die when working carelessly and even cause accidents when braking the motor.
6. The bracket copper baffle (tip) should not be pressed too tightly, and lubricating oil (which can be dissolved in the paint slurry) should be added at any time, otherwise it will wear quickly.
7, pay attention to the bearing temperature at the two ends of the roller, generally not more than 100.
Points for attention (two):
1. Before operation, first check the power supply pipe, whether the switch button is normal, whether the cooling circulating water is available, if all is normal, the power can be started.
2, attention should be paid to the abnormality during operation.
3, the operation should be fixed oil storage barrels, no oil overflow.
4. Operators should always pay attention to the presence or absence of debris on the rollers. If so, they should stop the machine immediately, so as to avoid affecting the quality and safety accidents.
5, when an operator wants to leave his post, he should be replaced.
6, if production is completed, the roller must be cleaned in time and the surrounding sanitation should be cleaned, and the relevant power switches should be switched off.
